Elant, Inc. Health System Purchases Fishkill Health Center and Hudson Haven Care Center
Fishkill, NY -- Elant, Inc. has purchased the Fishkill Health Center
and Hudson Haven Care Center in Dutchess County, adding to its
comprehensive not-for-profit senior health and housing network.
The deal ensures the residents of both facilities will continue to
receive high quality long-term care services. Elant at Fishkill, and
Elant at Wappingers Falls, as the campuses will now be named, offer
nursing home care, rehabilitation, foster family care and other
specialized programs and services including a large home care program.
There are approximately 220 nursing home beds at the two facilities, 200
home care clients and nearly 400 employees on the combined campuses.
These private facilities, formerly owned by the Kasin family, have been
providing quality services to the Dutchess community for decades. Elant
is proud to welcome all of the Fishkill and Wappingers Falls residents
and staff into its system.
