Steiner
Appointed Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Elant, Inc.(GOSHEN, N.Y.) - Elant President and CEO Donna G. McAleer has
announced that Georgiana Steiner has been promoted to Vice President and
Chief Information Officer. Steiner had been CIO since 2005 and Elant's
director of information systems since 2003.
In her new role, Steiner will be a senior-level executive within the
system. She will provide strategic and tactical planning, development
and evaluation of the information and technology systems throughout the
organization.
Prior to joining Elant, Steiner worked in information systems at IBM,
Managed Storage International and Provident Bank. She is earning a
Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Mount Saint Mary College and
holds a Network Security Certification from the Community College of the
Air Force. Steiner also is a Citrix Certified Administrator and a
Microsoft Certified System Engineer.
