Elant at Brandywine Nursing Home rooms are single and double occupancy with half baths. Along with central showers, whirlpool tubs are available for sit-down baths or therapeutic needs. Although rooms are furnished, residents are encouraged to bring items from home with prior approval. Families can arrange for telephone and cable television at a nominal additional charge. Hair salon and barber services are also available on site.

In addition to the computer room on the first floor, the home features a recreation room with large screen television, access to a patio and a greenhouse.
The dining room serves restaurant-style meals for lunch and dinner and accommodates any dietary requirement. Scheduled social, physical, and recreational activities include movement classes, pet visits, arts and crafts, and visits from local schools and children's groups. Residents also enjoy the lovely grounds and horticultural pursuits in the greenhouse.
